Are envelopes included?
Yes - every card comes with a white eggshell A2 envelope.

Will I see a proof?
Yes. Every order includes a digital proof by email within 2 business days. Please review it carefully and reply with any changes. To keep your order on schedule, proofs not approved within 2 business days will be automatically approved and sent to print - so please keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder).

Do the envelopes come addressed?
Recipient addresses are not printed. You can add a printed return address as an upgrade.

Will you save my information?
Yes. Order once and we’ll keep your branding on file for easy reorders.

Will colors look exactly the same in person?
Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed cards.

When will my order ship?

• Proof: your digital proof arrives by email within 2 business days of your order.
• Production: once your proof is approved, cards typically ship within 1-2 business days. During the holiday season, please allow 1-2 additional business days.
• Shipping time: delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Planning tip: for holiday and seasonal cards, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before you plan to mail them.

RETURNS
Due to the personalized nature of these cards, all sales are final once your proof is approved. Proofs that are automatically approved are considered final. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
