Because our items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizes, colors, or design preferences
• Change of mind

✅ We do replace items that arrive:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrectly printed

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photo(s) of the product

Once approved, we’ll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
